Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is a highly successful Center for Disease Control evidence-based falls prevention and fitness program for women and men. Tai Chi’s calm, gentle movement by design greatly improves physical and mental well-being. Tai Chi’s low impact exercise puts minimal stress on muscles and joints. Our instructors were trained by Yang-style Master instructor Suman Barkhas, a Mongolian Tai Chi Master.
At $3 per class, we meet Tuesdays and Fridays at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome on both days, but please be aware that Fridays is a Beginners class where we focus on basics and learning the lower eight forms. Tuesdays is an advanced class.
Experience better balance through enjoyable Tai Chi classes!
