As Promised: Tai Chi!

We are now teaching Tai Chi on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. AND Fridays for beginners at 2 p.m. First class is FREE, then $2 per class. Experience better balance through enjoyable Tai Chi classes!

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is a highly successful CDC evidence-based falls prevention and fitness program for women and men. Tai Chi’s calm, gentle movement by design greatly improves physical and mental well-being. Training for teaching this class was given by Yang-style Master instructor Suman Barkhas, a Mongolian Tai Chi Master who directs for Oregon state this low impact exercise that puts minimal stress on muscles and joints.
