With Governor Scott Walker’s proposed budget language that threatens services for seniors and the disabled, Kenosha News ran a front-page story on April 6, 2015 examining its effects. Our eldest senior member, Vivian Chase, and her daughter, WSCC Board Secretary Sandy Jacoby, encouraged legislators to eliminate the budget language that could shift funding from ADRC to for-profit agencies.
