You can’t NOT have fun in our Line Dancing class. Music and movement guarantee to improve mood health. All levels are welcome as patient instructors and classmates promote their motto: If you’re having fun, you’re doing it right! We meet on Fridays at 10 a.m. for this friendly fitness.
This program, developed by the Center for Disease Control, improves strength, flexibility and mainly balance. Led by two CDC-certified instructors, this class uses slow movement with deliberate breath control to beautiful Asian music. We have several students who were referred by doctors. Everyone works at his/her own level and capability, seated or standing. A Beginner class meets Fridays at 2 p.m, while the more advanced class meets on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. Stop in and hear testimonials from students who have seen much improvement in both balance and mobility. Our motto: If you’re moving, you’re doing it right!
